Steven Polster
Steven Polster is a senior management executive with 20 years of experience developing and launching new products, and setting up high-performing teams in the entertainment and media industry. Prior to joining RightsTrade, he was instrumental in rebuilding the newly spun-off Miramax's international licensing business, and running the company's theatrical and non-theatrical lines of business. Mr. Polster previously held various senior executive positions at Technicolor, including that of Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing for its Creative Services division, and has also held product management roles at Paramount, Mattel, and with ecommerce startups. With a lifelong passion for global business, Steven speaks four languages, and he has held various executive positions in international markets including Rome, London, Los Angeles and Caracas.
Laurie Woodrow
Sales and Client Relations
Laurie is a veteran industry executive with over 25 years of experience in international film distribution, specializing in the acquisition and worldwide distribution of independent feature films. Laurie was Executive Vice President of Fierce Entertainment from 2009 to 2012, and President/owner of Trans-Pacific Media from 1994 to 2009. She has advised over 40 international distribution companies, and been instrumental in the acquisition of hundreds of films, including major theatrical titles and award winning festival films. She has been a featured speaker for Film Independent, Women in Film, the American Pavilion in Cannes and is a voting member of BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts).
Robert Barry

Robert brings 25 years of experience defining, building, governing and maintaining world-class, global Information Technology solutions. Prior to joining RightsTrade, Robert held product development and business intelligence roles at Yahoo, and management consultancy positions at Capgemini and IBM, where he deployed strategic and IT solutions for top entertainment companies such as Warner Bros, Disney, Sony Pictures, and Live Nation.

Jason Kassin is co-Founder and CEO of FilmTrack, the leading cloud-based, SaaS, IP Management platform for the Media and Entertainment industry. An industry expert in the development of rights and content management solutions, Jason launched FilmTrack in the 1990s and has been instrumental in establishing FilmTrack as the largest content and right management platform globally. Jason, an accomplished screenwriter, actor and software engineer, navigates seamlessly between the technical and creative worlds from artistic inception through commercial exploitation.
